The room was nice and very clean. It was little warm despite having temp turned all the way down. And no fridge kind of was a let down for the price you pay. Greta bathroom and blow dryer was amazing!

Staff was very helpful, especially with parking which is really expensive downtown. Also helpul with questions about attractions downtown. Great breakfast in their restaurant. Rooms were very clean. Fridge was very tiny.

I had reserved a room with a King bed, but when I arrived to check-in, they had told me that they did not have that availability anymore. I don’t know how that happens since I had reserved a couple weeks prior. The offered breakfast vouchers since they are not able to refund. I was kind of upset, but I couldn’t do anything about it and I was already tired at that point. Definitely make sure you’re reservation is good to go.

Had two reservations and they couldn’t merge them. First room TV didn’t work, couldn’t watch the championship football games. Phone didn’t work to call down. Staff that night was rude. Had a water leak, gf slipped, no mini fridge in the room, they made us change floors bc they made the 7th floor unavailable? Total disarray.
