Absolutely enjoyed our quick stay. The breakfast was the best! Only thing that was questionable was the up charge for parking, very weird and first time I had to pay for parking at a hotel i stayed.

When I walked in to the hotel it’s smelled so bad. The bed sheets was not cleaned had pee stains on them. Of course I took them off and put my own on. You had to pay for parking $15 dollars. The free breakfast was not very good.

Hotel needs updating badly. All the windows are clouded over and streaked. No point in opening the shades at all. Disgusting. Elevator filthy. Bathroom shower/tub mildew, black hair on bathroom floor. Beds worn and sagging. Check-in staff was very nice and helpful, rest of staff during the stay couldn't have cared less.

On the evening of the 3rd, around 8:30 PM, the staff member in charge of check-in was very unkind. After receiving the room key, the door did not open, so we asked for assistance, but the staff responded in a very rude manner. In the end, they admitted that they had written down the wrong room number, but there was no apology for the unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time we experienced.

Only 2 elevators for 12 floor hotel, and not sure both were working. The line for breakfast was monstrous! Crazy cleaning fees for having my dog, which I’m not sure was clear on Expedia.
