Loved every minute we spent here and the staff is absolutely amazing. The hotel is very clean, decorated in a unique and whimsical manner and is ultra safe. The fact you can leave you car while going on vacation out of DIA for $16 a day in a safe and secure space and get a free shuttle only10 minutes from DIA makes it my choice for traveling and parking, it’s cheaper than the parking spots located nearby or getting a shuttle from your house!

Didn’t know that construction was going on at the time of our stay. The wind seemed like it was howling through open ductwork or something. Our room was fair, but the sliding bathroom door was slightly off track and wouldn’t open completely. Water pressure in this building left a a lot to be reside and I lot of shampoo in my hair. Not worth the $300 per night.

There were old dried contacts stuck to the alarm clock between the beds, a granola bar wrapper on the floor of the bathroom, and evidence that the body lotion at the sink had already been used. This left us with the feeling that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned, which was unsettling. Also, there was constant, loud wind tunnel noise that came from under the door to the room as well as from the vent in the bathroom - this really prevented a good night's sleep, which was unfortunate given we had to be up for a very early morning flight. The hotel otherwise seemed clean in good condition and offered very timely and convenient shuttle service to the airport.

Loved it but having to pay to park is lame

The person who checked us in could have been slightly warmer/friendlier. The bartender where we got drinks and dinner was excellent! Everything else was great but the fact that we had to pay almost $20 extra to park on top of almost $200 for one night was a bit overkill. Parking should be free.

Shuttles from the airport were awful! They share shuttles with other hotels. 40+ ppl waiting for over an hour. 1 shuttle showed up and said they only take pilots. One more showed up but wouldn’t take to Hyatt Place even though signs on shuttle said Hyatt Place shuttle. Ended up Ubering instead of waiting & hoping 30 min more for another shuttle. No hot water for morning showers. Property is pretty far from airport. Bummer cuz we do think hotel is nice, good beds, clean, Starbucks in lobby. Just need a convenient airport hotel with reliable shuttle, so we won’t be staying here again
