Event stay

There was an issue with my check in, my reservation number was the same as someone else’s that checked in already on my credit card. Staff was super nice and helped fix it. We were there for a dance event, conference areas were nice. Not great cell service and parking was odd.

Someone in a room next to me was smoking in their room and it made my bathroom and room smell horrible. I called the front desk and was offered a fan, which was not a real solution. I closed off my bathroom and had to use the public restroom on the ground floor in the morning. The public restroom was filthy and I stepped in gum that was on the floor. Overall, I realize this has more to do with the people staying in the hotel, but it was a very poor experience.

Won’t stay again

Charge you $20 per night for parking, wasn’t made clear when I booked or else I wouldn’t have stayed there. When I went in to get my key the front desk guy was very smug and treated me like I don’t belong there. Nice place but the hidden fee and the front desk guy was extremely unprofessional.
