The staff should put more efforts into room service and housekeeping We found food from previous customer in the fridge Apparently, our room has not been vacuumed for a while We asked for the TV remote (which was missing from the room) but the maintenance man never showed up, so we had to "borrow" the remote from a nice lady who was stating in anothet room...! The premices around the hotel building were also very dirty with empty bottles, cigarette butts everywhere Finally, we had to ask for clean towels at the front desk at the middle of our stay ( 5 nights)

It said it was completely renovated. Well it was not. The room was clean,, but the toilet had awful scratch marks in it. A burnt mark on tube, 2 hangers in the closet. Npo ice machine was working. Only at lobby. It is summer time. The whole property was in bad shape. Trash was full in trash cans, continental breakfast was awful. I will never stay at this hotel again. Also, the woman at the front desk was not really friendly!!

This is a very rundown out of date hotel. It is substandard in every way, including no coffee maker no refrigerator no USB charging ports and no room service throughout my three day stay. I definitely would not return and would certainly not recommend this to anyone interested in a half decent hotel, especially considering the rates that are being charged

The room didn’t have the number outside. Hair dryer didn’t work. Bathroom door had a hole, like someone punched it. Breakfast was very poor. Swimming pool was dirty. There wasn’t an hand towel. Everything looked very old and dirty. Very, very disappointed.

I have stayed at many La Quinta inns and this by far has been the worst experience. There was yelling and fighting all hours of the night. The police came and intervened. Horrible experience and very unsafe having my daughter with me as well. The property itself was very sketchy and not La Quinta inn quality. My key card NEVER worked and we had to get a new one anytime we left and came back. I would stay clear away from this place. Not sure how to get my money back but I am definitely owed that. This is a motel and far from a hotel.

This is absolutely one of the worst places I’ve ever had to stay in my life. It honestly reminded me of a crack motel. There were homeless people outside of the doors, which is unsafe. The staff at the front was extremely rude and dishonest, and didn’t hold up to what they said. There were no towels in the room, and no shampoo, or conditioner to use. There are crumbs all over the bedspread. The breakfast was honestly a joke. I had to stay here out of necessity, because other rooms were taken due to tournaments and surrounding areas… But this was absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel, my entire life… Extremely disappointed in Expedia for having them listed and extremely disappointed in the hotel itself.

There’s nothing good to say about this hotel. The bathrooms were dirty, towels had someone else’s hair on it. Looked like blood and snot was smeared on the wall. Outlet to plug phone in didn’t work. Comforter and sheets had stains on them. We were there for maybe 30 minutes and checked out. $220 for 30 minutes. Staff said I wouldn’t get a refund because I had the room for 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ice machine broken, door by breakfast area broken, linens and towels stained. Room phone doesn't work. tv remote does not work. Asked for help with tv and waited over 2 hours with no response from maintenance and front desk worker just texts them to please come back with no updates to guest. We checked back at 1 hr and 2 hrs and finally said cancel help this was ridiculous. Poor standards for cleaning. Overall disappointing.

A man that worked there try to come in my room at midnight. When he made it back to the front desk and I called complaining scared he told me to shut up. The pool didn’t work and was green and stunk. They wouid only give me 2 towels a day but there were 3 in the room

We booked a king room that could sleep 3 people with the third looking to be on a couch. There is no room that exists on the property in that configuration according to the desk staff. We we're moved to another double bed room with two beds. The room was grimey, the AC barely worked and overall the room was uncomfortable. The parking lot, particularly around the entrance, is very damaged, almost to the point it makes the place look abandoned. You have to dodge several large potholes when navigating into the lot. Overall I would not recommend this hole to anyone, ever. It's very poorly maintained and generally gross. They're booking $50 dollar a night rooms for $200.
