Great location; easy short walk to several good cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access by car to I-70 (& the mountains). Light rail into Denver area is very near but NOT noisy inside the rental. Description of this small rental was accurate. It is small but quite adequate since we only used it for sleeping. I had to drop my rating on communication because of a surprise 500 charge that appeared as pending on my credit card the day before we left. I contacted the host Kendra through the VRBO app asking her to explain it, and was told âIâll investigate the charge and provide you with an explanation shortly.â I never heard back on the matter! After about a week the pending charge disappeared. So I was NOT overcharged but the lack of communication on that matter really dropped my trust in the host unfortunately.
Very cute little property apparently converted from an old motel as a guess. Nicely appointed for a brief stay. I was on a business trip, and I looked forward to returning each evening. A tiny fenced patio was charming. Surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to Wadsworth Blvd. although Harley gangs ruined Saturday morning for me. The toilet runs (notes by a previous review, time for a repair). The stool should have a back, so that one needn't prop oneself up in bed to read or watch TV. Though there's no room for one, a separate bathroom sink would make organization easier. A nightstand would help, and a few more hooks for clothing or towels. The cookery needs a fry pan. I plan on returning.
Micro studio was fine for lodging. Cooking facilities but one stool for eating. We slept there and got ready but did not hang out. Accuratly described. Excellent location very close to train in Old Town Arvada, restaurants and shops. Nice and warm on a snowy weekend.
Traveling alone senior was a little hesitant at first booking. Small space but comfy. It was clean and quiet in the evening. Enjoyed my two night stay. Would stay again if ever in the area again.
