The space
Charming newly renovated two bedroom upper level apartment offers a well equipped space to launch exploration of the Denver Metro/Arvada area. This space is very close to the popular Terrace Park, along with the rest of scenic Terrace Park.

The surprisingly spacious floorpan allows for a comfortable work area in the living room, wifi is well suited for work from home when needed.

Large smart screen TV is your ticket to your favorite apps (bring your logins).

You'll love the large eat in kitchen, with everything you need to make quick snacks to full meals. Full size appliances and gorgeous cabinetry make this a welcome surprise!
