As someone staying in different hotels every month, I never have experienced paying $550 for this hotel. I knew the hotel was 2.5 stars, but this one was on another level.
Please look at the photos, I was not even able to sleep on the bed. Had to out a towel down on bed to sit. After leaving the hotel I got fungus on my skin and had to seek medical treatment.
I begged Expedia to help me change the hotel, at the very same day I checked in. Expedia told me after a month they couldn’t help even after seeing the condition, and offered me $50 in their virtual money, and believe it or not, I have not been able to get hold of the manager even on the phone, for the past two months. This is another level of unprofessional and disregard for basic minimum sanitation.
