Just plain bad

We had reserved and paid for a room with two beds, as we had a group of three adults traveling. When we arrived, the hotel had been fully booked and we were given a room with only one bed and the worst stained pullout couch that was horribly uncomfortable. The tv was also broken and everything smelled like cigarettes and sewage. The front desk folks were kind and apologetic, but this establishment was just plain bad.

Property looks like it is on the downhill slide. Needs some upkeep and maintenance. Desk clerk was kind of rude.

The name "quality" should not be associated with this hotel. The door to my room would not close unless you pulled/pushed very hard. The door in the side of the hotel would not close and latch at all. As there were a few homeless people in the area this made me very uncomfortable.

Very dirty, put me on third floor & no elevator! Felt unsafe! Person took my ID & forgot to give back to me, but waited over an hour before they called to let me know. Would never recommend this facility!
