The toilet was running back to back without being used, as soon as we got in the room. The hot water wouldn't work, I let it run for about 10 mins prior to calling for maintenance. Sink was dripping water all night long. Mini refrigerator wouldn't close because of the area it was in. Hair from past guess was in the shower and on the bed. They only had one microwave in the building. We did enjoy the hot tub/poop as well as the Starbucks!

This place was such a vibe! It is absolutely gorgeous and was so comfortable. We actually wished we had to stay longer. As two adults, we spent time in the game room and played games we hadn't touched in years- Galaga! Everyone on staff was incredibly professional and kind. If we ever end up in Denver again we are booking here!

There seem to be a lot of homeless people all around this property and the hotel kind of indicated that by having you use your room key to even use an elevator. The hotel itself was very clean very modern and I enjoyed to stay there.

My husband and I stayed here for one night during our anniversary trip to Denver. When we first arrived, the hotel’s exterior reminded us of the Luxor in Las Vegas due to its slanted design. We immediately had some regret, but knew we had gone with a more budget-friendly option. Parking was convenient—there was a garage just a short walk from the entrance—and the lobby was surprisingly modern and welcoming. Check-in through Expedia was smooth and easy. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. Our room felt incredibly dull, almost like an office cubicle. Definitely not the cozy or comfortable vibe we were hoping for. Later that night, around 11 PM, the fire alarm went off. We quickly evacuated and went down five flights of stairs, only to find guests casually lingering in the lobby and hotel staff showing no urgency. When we asked the front desk about the situation, we were told it was not an emergency. No apology, no compensation—just a very casual response, which didn’t sit well with us. To top it off, we woke up the next morning to a notice slipped under our door warning us of scheduled water maintenance starting at 10 AM. The letter mentioned possible disruptions and discoloration in the water. At that point, we were relieved we had already decided to check out early. All of this happened in under 24 hours, and it was enough for us to know this hotel wasn’t the right fit.
