We were not allowed to check in at 4pm because the room wasn’t ready, and we weren’t given any kind of recompense. We were late for our 5pm dinner reservation because the room wasn’t ready until 4:45, and we were not the only guests waiting in the lobby for rooms at the 4pm check in time. Plus, on Sunday morning, the breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but the kitchen staff refused to restock any of the warm food buffet offerings beginning at 9:20am, so we were only give yogurt and cereal. It was only one night so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it was incredibly disappointing to not receive any kind of recompense or apology from the staff for the inconvenient and uncomfortable stay.

Our 2 bedroom suite was the perfect size and set up for my family of 4. It was clean and contained dishes and plenty of towels. While the room and hotel are dated (ex: duct tape on the floor), the price was so affordable but we were overall satisfied. The continental breakfast was also fine. Not great, but not bad either. Overall, we are satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and the room accommodations.

Great staff, easy check in process, and clean rooms. The breakfast is not great, the bar is overpriced, and the parking (not affiliated with the hotel but the closest available) is an expensive. Overall great stay, just don’t count on a good breakfast and adjust your budget for the parking.
