This property was amazing! It was beautifully decorated inside and out, and it is in the perfect location! The host was such a pleasure to work with, and everything is just as it looks in the photos. We will for sure stay here again when we come back to Denver!

Can’t say enough about this place- perfect location, house is gorgeous inside and out. Perfect place to stay to visit Denver for a day or a week. And the view from the upper deck is stunning both morning, watching the sunrise over the city, or the skyline at night, including being able to see colors field

Brett’s property was excellent. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Great central location, walking distance to delicious food and convenient to lots of fun things to do in Denver. LoHi rooftop

Fabulous Retreat!

A cozy and impeccably clean modern condo within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. We loved the easy access to the highway as it made our day trips a breeze. House was automated and the hosts were wonderful so it made our stay carefree! Merry Christmas!

Modern townhome in LoHi

The townhouse was very comfortable for our party of 2 couples. We enjoyed the neighborhood and being able to walk to restaurants. The property has a lot of very cool features and lighting options in every room. The fireplace in the living room was perfect for the cold, snowy weather we experienced. Brett was a great host, responded quickly to questions and puts a great deal of care into making guests feel welcome. One thing to note is that this is definitely someone's home so don't be surprised to see family photos, personal effects, etc.

Nice Condo in Good Location

My business partner and I were in town for a few days. We really enjoyed this condo. Very nicely appointed and in a great location. We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio, but what an awesome view!

Wow! The rooftop retreat did not disappoint!

Just stayed at Brett’s incredible townhome this past weekend. There were four of us and it was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. We went to a football game and a baseball game while were the there and both stadiums were within walking distance. There were also lots of great places to eat right in the neighborhood. The house itself was immaculate and super modern. We had everything we needed and Brett was great at communicating all the pertinent info. I would absolutely stay again and will defitinitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area!!

Amazing stay in LoHi

Our stay at this property was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the attention to detail. The entryway was welcoming, and the entire place was spotless, with all the amenities you could ask for. The rooftop deck quickly became our favorite spot, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or evening wine while taking in the stunning city views. The host truly went above and beyond, making us feel like we were staying in a luxurious hotel. The location in LoHi was ideal—convenient to local restaurants and bars, and just 25 minutes to both Red Rocks and the Denver airport (traffic permitting). We also appreciated the secure garage, which made parking a breeze. We used this spot as a base for day trips to Boulder and Colorado Springs, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Denver, this is it. Highly recommend!

Fabulous!

We came with another retired couple to visit Denver and go to a concert at Red Rocks. We had heard that this was a good neighborhood for restaurants and walking, which it was. The apartment/loft was perfect - comfortable and attractive with a spectacular view and lots of lounging room on the loft. The host really went the extra mile to have extra expresso pod delivered to the house during our stay. We will definitely be back.
