The apartment was perfect, clean, spacious, and next to Whole Foods and the Train. The only thing we didn’t like was the code for the doors to get in, elevator, and apartment door were so long. One of our stays we had separate codes so it was a lot to remember.

Easy to walk to local places for food etc. Complex is confusing to navigate with all the codes you need to open doors and elevators. First room the TV didn’t work. They moved me. Staff friendly.

Beautiful apartment, great views. Centrally located to easily walk to many restraunts. I felt safe walking to places. It was nice to have a whole foods store and a cvs pharmacy right below the apartment. The staff was friendly and quickly took care of a minor inconvenience we ran into with our door lock not working. The hot tub by the pool could've had better maintenance as far as cleaning, but it wasn't bad. The parking wasn't too hard with the app downloaded and the front desk was super helpful with helping us with that

Absolutely perfect location. Pool, hot tub, and common area areas were delightful. The apartment, as well as the grounds were kept very clean and nice. Very relaxing place and the Whole Foods access from the pool area was awesome! My only complaint is we did not have any TV service in the room.

The property is in a great location. Confusing to get in and more confusing to get the right code for elevator and door. The TouchStay is nice, yet doesn’t contain the codes, nor did it offer a way to find out about late check out (or in). Texting was handy, yet the customer support for text aren’t on the property thus give different info. than persons on-site. We checked in about 1 am due to airline delays. The place appeared to be fairly empty, even in the morning. Late check out denied with no reason. They have a hold luggage space. But we didn’t even get a chance to use the whole apartment never mind amenities due to the rush to get out. Room needs a bigger bed, it’s a full-size not even a queen. It could be a great place if it was run better. Won’t stay again.

This was a great property to spend a delightful day in Denver. Loved the studio room, the outdoor pool and space. Close to tons of food options and a riverwalk along the Platte. I’d stay here for a whole chill summer if I could!

Would have been 5 stars except tv did not work correctly. Everything had to be streamed and none of the streaming apps worked or would connect to the internet. Also would not allow my phone or laptop to stream to the tv either. Nice place otherwise

This is an apartment/ Condo complex. While the building is nice there were some pretty annoying things that went on. The parking is confusing, the jacuzzis were barely warmer than the pool, we had difficulty with our TV. The Whole Foods in the same building is very convenient although there wrre a lot of sketchy people hanging outside, so much so that they have armed security inside Whole Foods.The other major issue is that although it looks close to a lot of restaurants, the train station is between the condo and many of the restaurants, again more sketchy people.

The company took no apparent steps to retrieve a valued item that I accidentally left in clear view in the unit as I checked out. The front desk didn't answer the phone. I was able to text a bot that said that it was in contact with housekeeping, and the bot eventually said no item was found. The bot then referred me to a website where I could report a left-behind item, a hopeless task that I nonetheless complied with. All I needed was for someone to go and retreive the object, which is a basic level of service that I expect from a property that holds itself out as a hotel. The automated, minimal level of service this propery offers is a fail

I had a wonderful stay at Sentral Union Denver from the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always willing to help with anything I needed everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure my experience was comfortable and enjoyable the atmosphere of the building is warm and inviting, and it really felt like a community rather than just a place to stay I truly appreciated how attentive and friendly everyone was it made my time here even more special. Highly recommend Sentral Union Denver to anyone looking for a great place with amazing people!

Such a cool unique space with so many amenities right there on the property it was different being in a building with actual residents but they actually were very helpful too!
The pool table in the community hall was a great surprise :)
Lots of room to lounge & books to share.
Great gym, but doesn’t have a steam or shower/locker space
The shared kitchen space made it easy to hang out with guests without being in my room.

Very Pleased

Trouble with getting home due to flight cancellations and delays. I needed a place close to the train/bus station because my luggage was heavy and cumbersome. This place was delightful and the least expensive in the area. Many amenities and Whole Foods on bottom level. Very pleased.
