The staff was wonderful. Customer service at its finest. We we first entered our 2 full size beds room I thought it was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and well appointed. My husband pointed out it was kinda small, but, I guess by the way it was situated, I felt a spaciousness that wasn't actually in square footage, but in the lightness of my surroundings. Breakfast was great!!! Our only complaint was the coffee cups were too small, and the coffee itself was meh, but we really like coffee ;) Overall we are excited to stay there again!!

Housekeeping was good, but rooms are dated. Breakfast service was excellent but food quality was just okay. Room was small, toilet had a pocket door…? Bathtub floor much too slippery. The young lady at the front desk was awesome, but now her name slips my mind.

Room was very clean. No hair! We have a conference 2x a year in Double tree dia. There are always hair in our room. Its nice when cleaners care & do a good job. Front desk ladies were kind, attentive & nice, even early am & late pm. We're local @ will stay again.

The room and hotel in general are clean and well laid out. The staff is amazing. The breakfast has enough options for everyone. My only suggestion is to have humidifiers in the rooms because it’s an extremely dry atmosphere and one gets electrostatic shocks from the bedding because of it. That said, this would not deter me from staying there again.

The room smelled terrible. Indont know what kind of vleaning products they use but it was awful. Breakfast was decent. The staff was really friendly except for one of the overnight ladies. If it weren't for the smell i would have given it 4 stars.
