With the cost of the room, having to pay an additional $10 per night to park is excessive as this was the ONLY hotel on a 17 day trip that we had to pay to park. After checking in, we parked on the side for convenience. There was a full fresh breakfast buffet both mornings. The hotel is convenient to the airport - but it was about a half-hour from the capital (not a big deal, but could be for some).

Griggs at the front desk provided us with great customer service. Helped us figure the best (and cheapest) way for us to make our way to Coors Field and back to catch a Rockies game. Made sure to ask the next morning during checkout if everything had went ok. Would definitely stay at this hotel again based on the customer service alone. Had a great free breakfast available.

Location of hotel is great for DIA. Staff was nice and hotel was clean. Issue was the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud and made it tough to sleep.

Staff was cold, room smelt like rotten eggs and one of the elevators barely worked. If you need reliable transportation to the airport go somewhere else. Was told the shuttle was random and filled up fast and if you didn't make it on you had to wait 30-40 mins. Ended up getting an Uber to the airport.

Convenient & clean

This is a clean and conveniently located hotel. They have shuttle service to the airport. They have a very nice complimentary breakfast. Some of the front desk staff during the day were not very friendly.

This is a terrific mid-level hotel. It feels new, and the design of the room was better than many other hotels. In a basic room, there was an armchair, desk, fridge, microwave. There were easily accessible places to charge devices. The main thing that was disappointing was breakfast. Coffee tasted burnt, which is really a downer for me, and there wasn't a huge selection. I also wish they didn't charge for parking. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.
