The property is run down. They do say they are going to be demolishing “soon”, but updates, thorough cleaning, safety measures, and grounds need to be definitely maintained if they are operating.

Spectacular view! A deck overlooking the beach. It was very clean, but the smell of artificially scented cleaning products was overwhelming. A few hours of airing the room helped. Property is being closed soon for overall remodel. Restaurant and hot tub closed. Pool is open. Very pleasant service, nice room, beds and linens. Exceptional value. The price may go up significantly after the remodel.

Loved it!

My stay here at Clarion was amazing! I took a self care weekend here and I do not regret my choice in hotel at all. It was a decent price and an extraordinary experience. It sits high right on a cliff over looking the ocean! Every unit had a beach view with a balcony. There was a fireplace in my room, a jetted tub, standing shower, a very comfortable bed, and my favorite part, A CEILING FAN! I’ve never seen that in a hotel before lol. I was super sad that the restaurant was permanently closed. But it’s fine. Also, a very nice heated pool on property. And beach access!!! So happy with my stay. Will definitely book again.

It’s an Oder hotel ready to demolish and build a new one. The view was outstanding and despite the age of the hotel it was pleasant. Every morning we had the beach and cove to ourselves

Superb service!

The staff was AMAZING! We’ve NEVER had such a wonderful week at a motel! The unit was plenty large, the grounds lovely for our small puppy. Anything that I brought to his attention was handled immediately. Special call out to Shane and Jacob for their wonderful customer service. We’ll be bsck!

Very disappointed and not worth the money

I was checked in to a room that was not what I paid for. Then switched rooms but still was not what I paid for. I was supposed to have a double room king beds. They don’t even offer that. Pictures on web site are nothing like the rooms! No air conditioning, no fan, nothing. Very very out dated. Cob webs everywhere. Sand and hair in /on the bed. Oh.. and it only said that the restaurant was permanently closed AFTER I paid! Wish I could get my money back on this. Next time I will spend the extra $60 on a hotel I KNOW is what I pay for.
