Only used it as a stopover. Room was ok. No toilet paper or tissue in it though. We’d just got off a plane and had all our luggage and there was no lift available to get to our room. The guy on reception did help though.

A little disappointed with description. Not possible to walk with suitcase at night from airport to this hotel, even though it is close. £16 in a taxi for a two minute ride! Breakfast very understocked. No fruits, yoghurts etc left or replenished. Room size compact. Rooms numbered very unusually. Everything was ok but not better than a Premier Inn.

Note folks there is no lift in the hotel

I now realise having read the small print that there is no lift. I arrived at around 9.45 on 05/09/2025 with a handbag, small cabin bag and 20kg case. At 68 I consider myself quite fit but after a loing day on my return from a holiday in Italy and a walk down from with my suitcase from arrivals I found it rather daunting to have to find this out. I had also notified the hotel in advance that I would be arriving at around 21:30 and was surprised to be told there were NO ground floor rooms available and the to be allocated room 188 which couldnt have been much further away from reception. Thank heavens a young lady called Emma popped up out of nowhere and assisted with taking my 20kg suitcase up the stairs. The young gentleman on reception didnt seem to bothered! Emma is a star. The bed was amazing and I had a great nights sleep. Only other comment I have is having to wear glasses which I dont do in the shower, it would have been great to have a little notice explaining how to use the shower. Similar to the one telling you to make sure the shower curtain is in the bath.

Great hotel for catching an early morning flight as a less than a 10 minute walk to the terminal but the hotel walls are thin and you can hear everything. We wanted a good nights sleep before our flight but unfortunately didn’t get that
