Summary:
Lovely accommodation located a few metres from the lake, in a quiet and peaceful street.
Ideal for spending days of serenity, yet surrounded by the convenience and proximity of the station (within walking distance)
The accommodation welcomes couples, friends and families. Your dog or cat will also be welcome and will find ample outdoor space to run around in!
The lake is visible from the small private garden and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
The Space:
A cosy garden, where you can also park your car, will lead you to the separate entrance of the accommodation, located on the ground floor.
Upon entering you will find a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a super-equipped kitchen! dishwasher, gas hob, oven, coffee maker.
The double bedroom has a large wardrobe for storing your clothes. The adjoining, windowed bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and courtesy set at your disposal.
from the bedroom you have access to the small lake-view area equipped with a table and parasol.
Wi-Fi available throughout the accommodation, 1 Smart Tv in the living room.
Air conditioning is not available at the moment but will be installed for the summer.
A short walk will take you to the town centre where you will find all the basic services; supermarket, pharmacy, bank.
The Dervio landing stage is a 5-minute walk away, the railway station is about 500 m away.
For surfing enthusiasts, several schools and centres are available!
