Absolutely would stay here again (Urbandale) Gina, Janette, Housekeeping were great. Went above and beyond. Clean, friendly. The only complaint I have is the beds are very firm. Otherwise, excellent!!

I've been here for a month or so now with I issues the staff is friendly, they leave you to yourself and have taken care of any issues I've had right away or the next morning. as good as living in a hotel can be it's nice. wish they had coffee machines in room or downstairs ,but it's all good and a gym would be excellent but so far my that's my only complaint

The place was absolutely grubby!!! Smelled of smoke and Indian food. If it had not been so late when we checked in (midnight as we were traveling) would have left and fought for our $$ back. We left at 7 am, definitely not up to Urbandale standards.
