Palm Garda Beach is surrounded by a large garden that wraps around the entire house, offering two independent entrances for added convenience. Inside, the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, utensils, and everything needed to make your stay comfortable. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table with chairs, ideal for relaxing or dining together. Continuing down the corridor, you access the sleeping area, which consists of two double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobes, dressers, and nightstands, and a full bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bidet. Behind the kitchen, a staircase leads down to the wonderful basement tavern, where you will find an independent laundry room and an additional dining area, perfect for dinners or aperitifs with friends and family. On the ground floor, there is also an independent double bedroom and a second full bathroom with a shower cubicle. The highlight of the villa is certainly the outdoor spaces: in the large garden surrounded by olive trees, there is a comfortable above-ground pool (400 cm in length, 200 cm in width, and 120 cm in depth), a dining table, sunbeds, and a brick barbecue, ideal for your barbecues. Starting one week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (speaking Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be at your disposal to answer any questions about the apartment and the surrounding area. Upon your arrival, the concierge will personally greet you, accompany you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to say goodbye and ensure that your experience was perfect. The Concierge service is available via direct chat contact, ensuring quick and personalized assistance. Check-in for this apartment is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, while for arrivals after 7:00 PM and up to 11:30 PM, a supplement of 50 E is required.
