There was plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our family of 13, and everyone was able to enjoy the home in their own way. The open kitchen and living area were perfect for cooking, socializing, relaxing, and watching the game all at the same time. We loved the convenience of riding bikes or using the golf cart to run errands and head to the beach. The pool was nicely heated, and the lighting added an awesome touch in the evenings. One small note: the basketball goal is very close to the fence, so if you’re not a strong shooter, be prepared to retrieve the ball often.

Great place for family and friends to gather without feeling like you’re on top of each other. Nice size kitchen to cook in and move around. The main essentials for the kitchen were provided and that was a plus when cooking. Pool area was nice and offered shaded areas. Having a basketball court was great for the guys. Plenty of storage for food. Rooms are nice and the added bathroom for each is great! Balconies off the second floor rooms are a plus for relaxing. Parking was convenient and spacious. The convenience of bikes and a golf cart being included was nice.

The property and extras were just as pictured. Beautifully decorated house with Just the right amount of space. Everyone enjoyed the stay and the proximity to the beach. We also enjoyed the backyard, pool and use of the grill. The neighborhood was nice, neighbors friendly and helpful. Had a great time!!

Beautiful, clean house: six bedrooms
each with their own bathroom, a large dining table to fit every one, and a very nice pool with underwater colored lights at night.Everything was great

The house is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to the beach. The golf cart was a huge plus in fun and getting us back and forth to the beach. My family and I had a wonderful time!

Great Location - Lots of Hits & Some Misses

We loved the location of the property, it was very spacious and everyone had room to spread out, and clean. Awesome layout of bedrooms and living areas & kitchen. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. Great distance from the beach and easy to get to and around. The downsides and items that needed attention; the outdoor back patio lights flickered, mold in the washing machine seal and laundry detergent dispenser, dryer took multiple cycles to dry anything, the vent on the dryer needs cleaned out thoroughly, Blackstone was rusted and dirty and not useable, the grill burners need replaced, the outdoor furniture was rusted and a chair broke while someone was sitting in it where a leg had rusted through, stained comforter on the top bunk in the room facing the street, throw pillows in some of the bedrooms were very stained and off putting. Overall we were very happy and rate it a 8.5 out of 10.

Everything was amazing. This was very spacious for our family. The only thing I didnt like was that the 2 bedrooms with bunkbeds did not have televisions. My family all stated that they would love to stay hete again.

Property met all expectations

Overall, very happy with the stay. Bummed out because the basketballs were flat and there were no needles in the pump to inflate the basketballs. Grill and Blackstone were still usable, but pretty rusted.

Mom and Daughter Weekend

My 6 college roommates and I all stayed at this rental with our 6 moms and we had a great time. The rooms are very spacious and well-cleaned! Everyone had enough space to have their own space while gathering together. The golf cart and bikes were a great addition too!

Beach vacation

Place is great, spacious, excellent location, when we arrived we had no hot water, i called the number provided and left multiple messages without response, the next day I received an automated text message and responded to it informing them we didnt have hot water and they did send maintenance within a few hours. The floors are dirty, my children would have very dirty feet after walking around for a few minutes and they did not have a mop available for our use. Besides those minor mishaps we had a great time
