La maison Ă  deux Ă©tages a un porche / balcon couvert Ă  l'avant et Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison. La maison bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'une grande piscine privĂ©e, avec chauffage en option moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires pendant les mois les plus froids. My family and I stayed here because i was getting married in Fort Walton Beach, and this house was just what we needed.The rooms were cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the house was very conveniently located right down the street from the beach and so many stores. Mike was warm and welcoming, he texted and called before we checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Any questions I had during our stay, I texted him and he replied quickly and was very helpful. The backyard space is amazing, the pool was a nice little luxury to go swimming at any hour of the day. We were only 7 people staying here, and the cost was more than reasonable for what we received.

Beautiful and comfortable home near beach, great neighborhood!

Perfect beach house near everything needed and wanted. Backyard pool and yard was lovely and inviting. Porches and balconies from every room are so relaxing and enjoyable. House has many attractive features with beautiful flooring, kitchen, and bath, and open living area is a great place for everyone to gather. Child safety gate on back porch to pool area gave piece of mind, and other child friendly extras like crib and pool toys were much appreciated by our family! The golf cart is a wonderful option to have, making the trips to the beach with supplies and family or just fun little trips around the neighborhood a special treat! Hosts Mike and Leiann are easy to get a hold of and did a wonderful job preparing for our visit! Loved our stay, would come again to this outstanding property!

This property was perfect for our family vacation including my husband and I, our 3 children and their significant others and 2 grandsons ages 5 and 2. The property is spacious and clean. The hosts are communicative and very kind. We enjoyed the beach with the help of their golf cart. (that we also rented from them). We also enjoyed the pool! We made lots of wonderful memories!

Great Vacation Home in Destin

Our family (3 adult children and spouses and 4 grand children), spent the week at this beautiful home and location. The home had an awesome pool and the right amount of bedrooms we needed, and they were all very nice. The pool was the big hit with the grandkids, especially in the afternoon when it was mostly shaded. The neighborhood was great for walking to/from the beach and there were 2 other great beach options close bybas well. The hosts (Michael and Leiann) were phenomenal. They were super responsive to all our questions and provided great instructions regarding the house and amenities. We rented the golf cart they offered and highly recommend it, as it was a great option going to/from the beach and stores (and just fun to drive/ride in). We look forward to a return trip in the future. Thanks Michael and Leiann!

Great Place, Perfect Location

We had a wonderful spring break staying in this Destin house. The location is perfect—super close to the beach, plus all the shopping, dining, and a grocery store just around the corner. Everything was within a short drive or, even better, a quick golf cart ride, which the kids loved.The house had more than enough space for our two families (10 people total). Everyone had their own space to unwind, and it never felt cramped. The heated pool was very nice also. We really appreciated the convenience and how well everything was set up. It made our trip stress-free and fun for the whole family. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a spot in Destin.

Let's start of with their check in time being 4pm, we have an almost 6 hours drive from Georgia. And we were able to check in before 3pm which was greatly appreciated and gives us a great head start, the home is very well kept, very clean and well maintained. There's was enough space for our entire party, the host was very gracious and respond promptly to my message ( Not about issues in the house, but just general information) The location is pretty close to shops, bars and restaurant, the area is nice, clean quite. We would absolutely book here again if our next yearly trip brings us in this area.Thank you for an amazing stay!

We were.all AMAZED and felt WE were LIVIN A DREAM !! The HouSe was IMMACULATE with all the immentities of Home from soft luxurious towels ...SpiCes for.cooking ...necessities for the the babies and kidz...we definitely want to go back !!!
