Great location. Heated pool was perfect for cooler days. Golf cart huge bonus getting to and from the beach. Hosts responsive for requests. Clean and fairly updated. Nice to have beach chairs/toys available. We could’ve used additional instructions for TV usage and more visible pool instruction posting.We’ll be back!

Relaxation at the beach

We enjoyed our stay and loved having the golf cart to drive around. The pool was perfect for relaxation and we liked having a grill for cooking. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Kokomo house

The house, is cute and quaint. The pool a bit small but sufficient. Bathrooms/kitchen clean and stocked. I would say the floors needed more attention to mopping and throw rugs had big spots on them. The next door house/pool needs a sound barrier for their pool system. A nice walk to easy access to the beach. For a quick 5 day stay, I would return.

Home was very nice. Easy walk to the beach. Porches were pretty and the golf cart was great to go check out the area. Cleaning was subpar at best. Pillows on the couch were pretty stained and the house had a musty smell when we first arrived. The pool pump was broken and the pool was filthy. The property managers were AMAZING in trying to resolve the issue from the moment I reached out to them. Although they couldn’t get the pump fixed the pool was cleaned by them and we were able to use it one day out of our 5 day stay. The beach chairs provided could use some upgrade and the outdoor furniture needs a good pressure wash.

Great Vacation Spot in Destin

A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a bachelor party and had a great time. The property is clean and very close to the beach. The provided golf cart makes beach trips throughout the day easy and painless. The only thing I'd caution folks about is that there are 4 bedrooms with three beds and 1 bunk bed. The property sleeps 20 if you double up every single bed including the sleep out sofa, so just keep that in mind if you have a large group. Overall I think the property is great and would definitely return for future visits.

Enjoyed this property. Very clean and easy access to beach. Upon arrival the code we received did not work and the golf cart key had been left on so the battery was dead. These 2 items were resolved quickly after I called and spoke to rental company. Pool is much smaller than pics look but was fine for the adults just sitting in it.

Wonderful time

overall house was great. Grandsons enjoyed the pool. Bedrooms large and beds were comfortable. Called to have our downstairs mopped again after move in and they came right away. I did purchase moping pads and mopped floors daily. Really need to power wash front and back screen room floors. This was why our floor would get dirty. On a dead end street so little traffic and very close to the beach. Would stay again. Kitchen had everything we needed.. Plenty of towels for all 9 of us. AC worked great and we had really hot weather. Golf cart was awesome to make quick trips for ice cream. Thanks for sharing your home.

Overall very satisfied with the house. It has no spices (salt, pepper, or anything else), and the outside grill was unusable, but everything else was great. We would stay here again.

The property was very nice. Front yard was shady and pool was private. The cleaning service gets an A+. It was spotless. Plenty of linens and extra pillows and blankets. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Golf cart looked brand new. The only improvement would be an exterior maintenance and groundskeeper. And I would recommend moving the grill as it is too close to the vinyl siding and it looks as if it has melted it some. I would definitely stay again

Excellent House very close to the Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We had four adults, two teens, and our two mini goldendoodles. The highlights of this property include: the distance to the beach, very comfortable beds, many upgrades (beautiful bathrooms), both front and back covered porches, and a second floor deck that is perfect for laying in the sun (although the deck itself gets really hot so you need to wear shoes). In addition, the included 6 person golf cart was a huge bonus! If you haven't been to Destin, golf carts are a way of life there. :) The only "very small" suggestions we have are to: add additional hooks in the bathrooms for wet items, clean up around the landscaping as there were many old items scattered throughout that needed to be discarded. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a perfect Christmas!

Our family of 9 recently stayed at this location over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect. Great size, plenty of room for everyone and literally less than a block away from the beach. A few things were broken when we arrived but they responded quickly and fixed promptly. The only downfall was the pool heater wasn’t working during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Screen door was broken when we got there. Fence for dogs was not closed in. And the pool is about 8 feet by 5 feet and about 4.5 feet deep. Location was nice and close to the beach. Overall was not impressed for the money but we paid for proximity to beach

Location is great, comfortable large beds. House over all is good but could use a good cleaning and repairs. Picture of pool is misleading in size but was still nice to hope in and relax after beach day. Communication with management could be better. Was here a week called on day one about gate for beach access not working and was never addressed. The golf cart that is included is a nice addition makes it much easier and fun getting around.

Within a block of beautiful powdered sugar beach with crystal clear green blue water. House is nicely appointed. The small pool felt great after a hot day at the beach. Screened porch and open patios provided much needed social spaces for group of 12. Beds were comfy. Screen door referred to in multiple VRBO reviews (June/July posts) was still broken for our stay at end of July. Arrived to trash around pool (wrappers, pop cans, a razor, etc) that we had to clean up. There is no recycling and only one trash can at this property. We arrived Saturday to a full trash with bags and junk piled next to trash recepticle. Garbage comes TU and FR so we had to clean up trash each morning as some critter kept getting into trash. In 90+ degree heat mount trash smelled aweful. All houses near this one had multiple trash cans. Texted, called, used app to try to communicate with host. After initial “we’ll try to fix the problem” no responses:( If Location your main concern go for it. If you’re looking large pool, we’ll maintained property, and responsive hosts -LOOK ELSEWHERE.
