Great Family Vacation Memories

We took a family vacation, me, my wife, our four adult sons, daughter in law and our grandson. The house was amazing, beautifully decorated with all the amenities, pool and spa were perfect and the one minute walk to the sands of the Emerald Coast was perfect. Nick our host was amazing always available via phone or text and sent us updated text messages throughout the trip with reminders, anyone looking for the perfect place to create everlasting memories with the family, I would definitely recommend.

Family Spring Break 2025

Best VRBO experience we have had so far, house was as described and perfect for our family. Loved the floor plan, kitchen was well stock and well laid out. Place was clean and Nick and his team let us check in a couple hours early which was much appreciated. Nick was super responsive and helpful with the couple questions we had during our stay. Great location with a quick walk to the beach on Gulf of America. 5 stars not a good enough rating for our experience, thank you Nick and team for your hospitality!!

Beautiful beach home

The house is well laid out. The bedrooms are all good size and plenty of bathrooms. Overall is just a roomy beautiful home. Everything is new and updated. The pool and spa are an awesome added feature. The location to beach is right across the street. Definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Family Beach Fun

The house is fantastic. It can comfortably accommodate a big group. The house is well appointed and immaculate. The elevator is invaluable for people that have trouble getting up/down stairs. The kids loved the pool which was sparkling clean. Nick is great about communicating at check-in/check-out as well as helping resolve any issues during your stay. HOA rules are strictly enforced to keep Destiny By The Sea a great place for both homeowners and visitors. I highly recommend for families or groups that want the best.

Beautiful House in Prime Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space, very modern, and perfect accessibility to the beach. The host also went above and beyond leaving us wine, a charcuterie board, cookies, and set us up with a local photographer for a shoot on the beach. Recommend this place for any family looking to get together for a beach vacation.

Great Family Home

Property owner as always is great to work with. We stayed at a previous home owned by Nick and Tina and this one is even better. Huge showers, 2 tankless water heaters, pool and hot tub were perfect. Extra garage fridge was a plus considering we had 20 staying here comfortably. Kitchen is very well stocked for large groups. Very well maintained and owner is very responsive!

The owners, the house, the private pool and hot tub, the beach access, and overall property were first class. The kitchen, the bedrooms, and overall space were more than enough for our party of 15. We have been the Destiny by the Sea before but this was our best experience and we hope to stay at this property again next year.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home! Amazing location, with a nice size private pool. We cooked the majority of our meals in the large well equipped kitchen. The host are great and responded quickly to any questions we had. It has an elevator which came in great use for my parents who are in their late 80’s and for groceries. The wine and charcuterie board awaiting us on arrival was extremely appreciated, as we had been driving all day. I love this place and hope to stay there again!

Perfect big family vacation spot

This house is a MUST stay for a big family beach trip! Perfect distance to the beach (especially if you have little ones that take naps). The neighborhood was super safe and the house is very close to Destin Commons and grocery stores. Nick was so attentive whenever we needed anything! Highly recommend this house!

Heaven on earth

My family and I have been coming to Destin Florida from almost 20 years. Staying in Destiny by the sea and at this particular house has been by far one of the best experiences for our family. The house is large enough to accommodate our big family, it is so close to the beach, and every detail has been thought through. We try to book this property every time that we come down to Florida. All the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are all very large, and the pool and hot tub are fantastic for small children. There are just not enough great things I could say about this property!

Family Beach Fun

Our family has stayed in this incredible beach home located within a gated beach front community, managed by experienced-professional hosts, Nick and Tina Athens, for five straight summers. This home is in immaculate condition. It is clean, perfectly furnished, and has a well stocked kitchen that is easy to enjoy. The layout of the home is smartly done. You and your family will feel very relaxed in this home. The gas grill is easy to use and conveniently located. The homes balconies are easy to access, have great views, and are enjoyable to use. The homes location is perfect, with views of the ocean from most rooms, including the family room and the kitchen. You have easy access to the beach, while still maintaining privacy for you and your family. The private pool and deck is perfectly sized and is a favorite of my family. You still feel like you are on the beach while enjoying the pool and patio. The beach is beautiful, clean, and professionally maintained and managed. You will not find better property managers than Nick and Tina. They sincerely care about you and your family’s stay. Very accessible and attentive. My family is already looking forward to next summers stay in Family Beach Fun. TLW and Family.

The Perfect Family Vacation

Nick was great from the start! This house is everything and more. We’ve stayed in Destiny by the Sea for the last 10 years and this by far was the best house. It was clean when we arrived and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect and so close to beach. I hope we can stay in this house again. It was perfect for our big family!
