Clean and spacious house. Great location! Beautiful property. We dis have some issues with hot tub, however every time we called they had somebody there to fix it within an hour or two. Great communication. Highly recommend this property!

My family had the best time. It is so convenient that the house is located right across from the beach. It’s a short walk! Having a pool was nice as well for the days we didn’t want to go to the ocean. Beautiful, well stocked home! We would definitely stay again.

Great house!

House is great! So large with plenty of room for our 5 families that stayed. Maintenance and contact were very responsive for any issues we came across (nothing major). Had to call to get door code at check in as it was never sent in house details. House Had some conflicting signs about days of garbage pickup and such. But our contact had quick answers for us. Hot tub was tricky to figure out heat. We did pool heat but had to shut off midweek as it was too warm to enjoy. Overall would stay again!

The house and location were perfect for our family of 20. We had a great time bonding together and yet space for us all to spread out for some down time.The only suggestion would be for the property mgr to have a list of things suggested to purchase while at the house.Some of the items maybe:TPPaper towelsDishwasher soapHand soaps - Bathrooms & kitchenLaundry soap & dryer sheetsTrash bagsWe had a great time and will be back :)

Making Family Memories!! June 15-25 2024

Family of 19 stayed 10 days at the property, It suited us all perfectly as far as space. Management company was very responsive on any issues we may have had. Beware of the back door if you have small children it leads directly 15’ to the street no fencing! For Safety Fencing needs to be put up! It is located directly across the street to the crab trap restaurant and the beach which was very convenient. We did make lots of fun memories during our stay! We make this trip in different locations semi annually this property was different possibly due to location! Some of our concerns for the price of the property: Living Room-Sofa in the family living area is overused and should be replaced! Chairs/ottoman are stained horribly could be cleaned! Floors- Dirty not just sandy but dirty we have small kids with a 12 month old crawling, we purchased a steam cleaner so kids could play on the floor! Towels are thin, some with stains I would recommend bringing your own! Kitchen- One of the two Dishwashers (on right) has black mold HEALTH HAZARD management Co. sent out maintenance to assess the dishwasher and the heating element is burnt out (needs to be replaced ) was not replaced during our stay! Not enough kitchen hand towels only one is supplied! Cooking pots and pans are scratched and typical for a rental home, we purchased one for the house. Bunk room with the bathroom attached door handle is broken, two people got stuck inside on different occasions.

We usually stay right on the beach so we’re a little concerned about being across the street, but it worked out great! It was easily accessible and convenient! The place was in beautiful condition And the management was very responsive!

Great location and home.

Home was great. Location was amazing. Really nice to get to the beach quickly and it was nice to be across from a restaurant. Wifi was down when we got there but we were able to get property manager to come out and resolve it quickly. Expect typical rental home pots and pans. All the non-stick pots and pans are all beat up. The bath towels were cheap and thin. I would recommend bringing your own towel. Lastly, the mattresses are covered with that plastic waterproof cover that makes you break out into cold night sweats.

Average Experience

Be aware that communication on this property comes from Love Rentals and not an individual owner. The communication was not great based on past VRBO rentals where I have communicated with the owner of the property directly. The Pool and Spa where heated however luke warm at best. With it being a Property Mgmt. group we found there to be limited amenities provided compared to a private home. The property itself is nice and the location is great, just be cautious of communication chain, pool/spa temp. and others.
