Excellent location have stayed in the Destiny Beach Villas before. Nicely updated comfortable bed plenty of bath towels. I would replace the cover on the couch. We would stay here again

Location was great, right across the street from the beach. Place was cleaned upon arrival. Kids loved the pool. Ice maker in the fridge was a plus.My only complaints: 1. This is not a whole house. It is either lower level or top level. 2. There were no trash bags. Would have been good to know and we would have brought some. 3. Unless you’re by the parking lot, you have to walk a little. Lugging all of our stuff was a chore. 4. They had zero cleaning supplies except a broom and small vacuum. I’m a mom, I clean as I go and like to leave places better than I came to them. I couldn’t do this. 5. The main shower in the actual bedroom had such low hot water. It never really got hot. The other main bathroom out in the living space was okay. Besides those things, we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was nice and clean! Pool and amenities were nice! Super short walk to beach (beach views from balcony). Location to restaurants and shops was very convenient! We loved it!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This is the worst place I've ever booked in Destin. First off, poop on the wall in the bathroom, then blood on the sheets. I took pictures and called Ocean Reef. They sent 2 people who laughed the whole time, it was awful. Fortunately, the place we stayed last month had an opening ( cabana club) and we rented there for the rest of our stay. So, trip salvaged, but at a ridiculous cost, as we didn't get our money back. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

Beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean as well as the lake in the rear. Quiet and well kept grounds with a pool. Plenty of amenities provided by Ocean Reef. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect getaway

We have been coming to the Destin/ San Destin area for two decades. Each property we have stayed at has strengths and weaknesses. It is difficult for us to identify any real weakness at this property. It took 30 seconds to walk to the public beach access which was never really crowded due to the lack of high rise condo complexes in the area. The front balcony overlooks the gulf and the back balcony overlooks what appears to be a small man made reservoir. It is centrally located between the Destin boardwalk/docks and San Destin shops/Baytown. The condo itself is well decorated and clean. Has a great beach vibe. Our only negative would be they only had one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and the breakfast cook ware for eggs was old and not non stick so we had to scrub the pans for quite a while to get them clean. We plan on returning in the future and would highly recommend the property for a couple or small family looking for a relaxing, clean and convenient location!

Love this condo. We have stayed at this condo for several years when we found it was purchased by new owners so we missed a year but they have done such a nice job refurbishing it. Beautiful location and views of the ocean.

Wonderful spot!

It was all great! Had a little trouble with Tv and WiFi but they were on it as good as they could be. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay again. As a matter of fact I think we will book it again next year!

Wonderful!!!

We loved this rental! It was in a convenient location, was clean and nicely decorated, had a nice view of the gulf. Best for a family with one child or 2 that don’t mind sharing the pull out couch. It was spacious enough to bring a pack n play to put in living area or bedroom, but staircase is open so a gate is necessary if your bringing a little one. Would love to rent again!

We stayed at an upstairs unit across the street from Miramar Beach. Reviewed while waking in: tile stairs to unit were slippery when wet. Den is spacious with ample seating options. Nice couch too. Kitchen was well furnished with appliances in a good state. View from upstairs unit was beautiful. Curtains closed tightly. Loved having 2 full baths for spouse and myself. Bedroom was spacious and well appointed. Enjoyed our stay. Didn’t use pool or under street walk way to beach. Great locale for good shopping and eateries.

Beautiful villa and location

Wow! Such an amazing place with great views of the beach and lake directly behind it! My kids and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. The lake behind us was an added bonus of fun for them. They LOVED all of the turtles! We couldn’t hear anything from the villa below us and they also had young children. The guest portal made things so easy for checking in and out, as well as finding activities, shopping, or food near by. Our place had everything we needed for our week long stay and we can’t wait to book again…and again for many years to come!
