The building and our condo was nice but they need to increase their maintenance efforts. There is next to no cell service in the building and we spent eight days there without working Wi-Fi, our kids couldn’t use their tablets etc. The tv’s did don’t work at first either, however they did fix them, everyone we spoke to complained about how cold the pool was, there were several times it was too cold to stay in for very long. They expect you to pay for chairs to sit in front of the beach, if you bring your own chairs you have to sit behind the people that rent their chairs which blocks your view of the water, this is nothing but a attempt to nickle and dime more money from guests, everyone we spoke to had the same opinion. All in all we will not be booking again with them next year, for the money we spent we should have had a better experience. We’ve had much better experiences with other condos in this same price range so we will return to those. You are selling a on the beach condo experience and want to charge guests to sit by the water…SMH
