The Sandpebbles 3 location is terrific. However, brace yourself for a severe disappointment inside the townhouse. The furniture is stained and dirty, the kitchen stove and counters are disgusting, the door does not securely close, and it causes safety concerns. I could go on. The pictures are not current and must be from many years back, after much wear and tear. I have pictures of the conditions I found. The townhouse needs a significant refresh. The host is not the owner. Stan did not offer any remedy. We left the property within 30 minutes of arrival and stayed elsewhere. I asked for a 50% refund, which I didn't get, but I was refunded the 250 cleaning fee. I didn't cause the problem as it was dirty upon arrival. The cleaning refund is not sufficient. Just disappointing overall. The location is excellent it was disappointing that Stan didn't have the control to solve the problem as he is only the host and indicated the owner would not provide a partial refund. VRBO was of no help either—one of those situations where you can't trust what is advertised, unfortunately.
