Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has a great view from the balcony. Can watch all of the action below in the pool and green space. A very pretty ocean view as well. A note for the property owners - door could use a safety latch so that small children can’t let themselves out. The toaster is broken, and the hall bathroom needs help! We were constantly having to fix the inside compartment for the toilet tank to refill. Otherwise, the condo was great - clean and comfortable and spacious compared to other condos at silver dunes. We enjoyed our stay very much and can’t wait to come back. We do plan to rebook this same unit for next year!

Third generations are now returning because of the layout of a huge green space in the middle of the property, fun activities like smores around the pool, and mostly because of the welcoming attitude of the Silver Dunes staff.

The owner of this condo needs to do some serious repairs. There was a large hole in the ceiling of the closet. In the other corner there was a big spot of mold. Missing or damaged t molding on the floors. Would not stay in this unit again.

Floors were dirty, not all linens were made available, dishes were still dirty. Also, be careful exiting the pool using the shallow end steps, they're very slippery. Several people slipped and fell. Dangerous!

Enjoyable Family Vacation

They were all in the same building, which made things very convenient. Each unit was very clean and well equipped. Our only suggestion is about communication. A mid morning arrival from our family had trouble getting through the gate sinceshe hadn't expected to ask for a code given that time of day, and we were surprised to find the pool locked on Thanksgiving without any notice. However, we would book again given the opportunity.

Reviewer Comments: my family's experience overall was good. room 34 was a great size and had a well stocked kitchen. I was there with a large party and have been coming for years. I was very concerned with some of my family member's room and the lack of cleanliness in their rooms. I rarely saw anyone working on the property compared to previous years. With the price increases we are discussing looking for other places to vacation. We feel silver dunes is charging top dollar for their rentals but the properties overall are not top dollar. They have not been upgraded. Sad for me to say at this point due to our history with silver dunes.
