Loved this condo! Easy check-in! Well stocked kitchen! Plenty of quality towels and pillows! Comfortable master bed!!!! Enjoyed the double entranced pool! Grounds keeper kept things clean and tidy! We appreciated his efforts at keeping the noise level low after 10pm! Short easy walk to the beach! Condo is in the middle of both beach accesses! We always rent a few beach chairs and umbrella on the private beach area for an easy, pleasant experience!

The property is clean, comfortable, and extremely well-stocked with bath linens cookware, and dishes. It is very close to the beach and has a pretty good view from the deck. Parking is convenient, and the pool and hot tub are well-maintained. The biggest drawback my family found is the lack of any beach chairs or umbrellas. These are not something we can just transport on a plane and are relatively important for a pleasant beach experience!

GE205 is such a prime location. It's steps to the beach with beautiful views and the condo is close to the pool so even if you don't want to swim, you are still able to be in the fun from the balcony while the others swim! The condo had beautiful, very comfortable furnishings. I slept Heavenly all week!! The bathroom, kitchen and laundry area had everything we needed. This was the perfect stay and I will highly recommend this condo and area to anyone who is looking to take a trip to Destin!

This was the perfect getaway. The location was right across the street from the beach. Great views from the balcony. The condo was clean. If your was going to cook(not me) everything you need to there. The owner was awesome, she was great about communicating with me. The only reason I give it 5 stars is because 6 stars is not an option. If its available book it!

TN getaway

We've stayed in this building before but wasn't this unit. I knew we enjoyed the property so i found one for this trip. We've only been to Destin 1 other time in 2019. It definitely fit us better when the kids were small bc now we fight over the 1 bathroom lol. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The toilet gets clogged easily bc it seems like theres not much water pressure when flushing and you have to really push and hold the handle for it to flush. Hopefully its a simple fix. The cleaning people didn’t sweep well before we got there. We swept throughout the week to keep sand etc off the floors and the 1st time was definitely way more dirt and dried cereal than what we put down. Not major but if its not being swept then what else isn't being done? However, We absolutely would love to stay here again! Communication was good and check in and out were super simple.

Wedding trip

We attended a family friend’s wedding that was being held on the beach. Our condo was pretty cute and clean. The check in was super easy. The host was very helpful on suggestions for a local seafood dinner place and was very prompt when we asked for an iron as soon as we noticed that there wasn’t one there. The location was an easy walk across the street to the beach. It was nice to learn that we could pay in advance for chairs and umbrellas ahead of time so as not to have to carry everything down to the beach. The only issues we had were the people who were renting a home across the parking lot were very loud late into the evening and the people above us were noisy. (Out of our hosts control obviously) As for the condo itself and amenities, I think it would be very beneficial to replace the rug in the living room. It curled up all across the front and was a tripping hazard. It would have been nice to have a few spices in the kitchen, salt/pepper, sugar packets and a sufficient amount of ice from the ice maker. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would stay there again!

Lovely condo with dreamy decor and perfect AC!

When we walked in, it was so cute and homey. There were several complimentary items and the bed was very comfy. There is also a quaint washer and dryer setup in the condo, which was such a help.The only complaint isn't the owner's fault but the walls are extremely thin. I'm very certain there was a family with small children above us because it seemed as though the ceiling was going to collapse all throughout the day and into the night (around 1:30am). We had to bang on the ceiling twice to see if they would stop, but no luck. I loved loved loved the distance to the water though. And the parking lot always has spots for us. The shower head could use some updating to a low pressure saver. It was like showering in the rain. Other than the kids tearing the house down above us, I really loved our stay here. 5 stars!

Cute, clean and close to the beach!

When we got there, it was very cute and clean. It was better than the pictures. It is a small place but comfy with a king bed, which I appreciate it very close to the beach and little extras that the owner left like small dish soap, a roll of toilet paper a roll of paper towels was very much appreciated. 😃
