Well stocked kitchen. Decor was beachy but not too cluttered. Condo was roomy and comfortable. Plenty of storage room and closet space. Only one suggestion is too install grab bars in the showers for older ones safety. Would stay there again anytime!

Absolutely loved this condo and the location! It was as pretty and comfortable as everything pictured. The beach guy was really friendly as well which is not always the case when I’ve stayed at other condos. Everything was great here. Very nice kitchen and well stocked. Condo was very clean!!! View to die for. Will definitely stay here again as often as I can

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! This penthouse condo was by far the best one I’ve stayed in yet. I will book it again my next trip to Destin! Perfect location. Beautiful balcony. The rooms were huge. Perfect condo for a family of 6, 8, or even 10. It has everything you need there. The beach is so close too. At our other condos you have to walk so far to get to the beach but this one is a quick trip down. It’s just perfect all around. 10/10!!!

Delighted in Destin

The property was clean, spacious, and well appointed. It actually felt larger than the pictures made it appear. Perfect vacation rental for a large family looking to enjoy time together at the beach.

Wonderful location

The location was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better week! The property was nice as well. Plenty of space for everyone in our group. We were disappointed that the property was listed as having 4 full baths and when we arrived there was an out of order sign on one of the showers. This would have been nice to know as the 4th full bath was a deciding factor on choosing this property. My husband Had read a previous review about it being out of order but it was over a year ago so we didn’t think anymore of it. I definitely think this should be disclosed up front prior to booking or the listing should be changed to a 3.5 bath. Outside of that we had a wonderful stay.

Great location and beach access. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils. Appliances worked well. Very comfortable for our family of 6 plus two toddlers Every one had their own space. Would definitely recommend.

Overall the condo was very nice and roomy.. We were 10 people, plenty of room. The only complaint was we found the balcony very small for that size condo and the TV connection kept going in and out . Very easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay again

Beach getaway

We really enjoyed our week at the beach at Destin at Emerald Dunes 601. It was comfortable and roomy. The shower in the bathroom with 2 twin beds had a very slow drain and it was a little gross. The tv upstairs would not allow you to change the input, so kids could not watch dvd. The upstairs bedroom needs a door. The screen on the living room window needs replaced. It was taped and the screen on the bedroom on the first window looked damaged. All in all, great place to stay
 beach service was friendly and helpful, as well as the security guard. I would book again, I just hope the above mentioned issues will be addressed.

Easter Vaca 2024

We had a wonderful time. This VRBO was perfectly set up for our group of 9 ages 11-16 for kids and 4 adults. The location was great. The condo it beautiful and well taken care off. The kitchen could use a cookie sheet and a cutting board though and I do wish they provided salt and pepper and maybe some olive oil in the welcome packet.

Great view

Took our son and his friends for spring break. The layout worked great. The loft upstairs allowed them to watch what they wanted on tv while we watched downstairs. Very spacious. It was not cramped at all.

Great Location

The property was very clean, location was great as well as the views! The only complaints would be that there were no spices, only one trash bag and no shampoo or conditioner. These items should be standard in a vacation rental. I would also recommend for all rentals to include a full length mirror. Otherwise, the place was great. Would rent again.

Destin is wonderful!

Overwhelmingly, we had an amazing time. I think there are a few things families should know though before they stay in this condo. It’s huge, clean, and beautiful. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, and 3 kids 12 and under. We all had plenty of room. However, the upstairs bunk bed room does not have a door and that was a major issue at night. The kids that slept up there were tired from the beach but couldn’t fall asleep if we had the TV on or were playing games on the main level. Most nights we had to go to bed earlier than we wanted. I highly recommend getting a door of some kind ASAP. I also dislike that we had to go buy garbage bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, baggies, plastic wrap, salt and pepper, etc. We have stayed in condos in the same price point and had those things provided. You get 2 garbage bags, a few dishwasher packets, etc but you run out. It’s just a pain and another expenditure that you end up leaving there. At this price point it would just be nice if it is included. Lastly, the beach chairs, It was odd that we had to hunt the worker down to reserve chairs. For the size of our condo and the amount of people it sleeps, 2 chairs and one umbrella is not sufficient. Having to pay more each day for more chairs and an umbrella is kind of ridiculous. Then on our last day, we were told we could check out at 11 since the condo was not rented so we got all of our stuff out by 9ish and planned to just hang by the beach until our flight. We were not allowed to use the chairs even though the management company told us that we could the day before and then we were asked to pay for the use for a half-day. Again, at this price point I would expect the use of chairs until check in time for the next group. The chair guy was kind of rude and packed up chairs before 5. It kind of made you feel like you had to finish up down there before you were done. We had a wonderful time and none of these things were serious but I feel like it’s good to know.

We have been to Destin several times and we've always stayed in some really nice places but this particular condo was the most amazing one by far. Location was excellent, condo was emaculant, decor was beautiful. Check-in and checkout was so simple. This is the only place I want to stay when I visit.

Family Vacation

The property is exactly like the pictures but to be inside this condo is everything. We rented this for our first family trip to Destin and I am very pleased with the location, view, and amenities the condo provides. I highly recommend and will use for another visit.
