Hotel needs work. The cleanliness was not bad except for behind the bathroom door up against the tub lots of mildew and built up dirt. Bare minimum hotel

Mattress was old with squeaky busted coil springs, bed cover had cigarette burns, no towels and the door was obviously busted open at one time causing the lock not to work which was most likely the reason they had installed two catchers instead of the one lol. On the positive side the front desk staff both at Check-In/Out was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t look at reviews before booking. the room was ok but the bathroom was lowkey dirty and we had to clean it, I saw roaches, the water pressure was not great, had to put our own bedding and own pillows just because their things doesn’t look the cleanness

Terrible Stay

The front desk person who checked me in was the best part of my stay. She was very professional, polite and helpful. The person who checked me out was also nice. There were NO pillow cases, NO bath towels in room, one of the beds was not made at all; the covers were gathered in center of bed, a hand towel appeared to have an oil stain although it seemed to have been washed. The entire floor from the front door all the way to the bathroom was wet the entire stay I put tissue on the floor to determine how wet.This appeared to be because the AC was not draining outside at all. There could be unseen MOLD In this room. The mini refrigerator was leaking. I woke up to a ROACH on the bed! :O I slept on top of the bedding. The ONLY two reasons I didn't leave is because I wasn't feeling well and it was unsafe for me to drive 3 hrs at 12 a.m! .Bathroom was clean & sink. I unfortunately would NOT recommend this location. The staff said she put in a request to refund part of my stay. I haven't seen it yet.

That motel is a disaster. Everything is dirty—super dirty. They give you rooms that haven’t been cleaned, that have already been used. Then they moved me to another room, and it was still dirty. Everything was broken—the key, the shower, the shower curtain rod, the bathroom. Everything is disgusting. There is no security at all. The motel is full of people who are unhoused and using drugs. The motel has terrible customer service. They don’t attend to you, and they don’t clean your room. One night, our door got stuck shut. It wouldn’t open. Eventually, someone came and pried it open, and it ended up staying open. It’s disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend any family subject themselves to staying there. It’s filthy and unsafe. I had to cancel my reservation and move to another hotel on my own.

Well the firat room leaked from the ceiling. We were moved to a different room the next morning with a leaking ceiling over the bathtub. Pulled fleas off of us in both rooms. Icing on the cake was the prostitute right outside our door in the parking lot. The staff were professional and friendly, but overall this was the worst experience. We ended up leaving early and went to navarre to stay the last night.

Although it looked renovated the linens were worn but smelled clean. Appearance out weighed the smell. There was visible damage to the shower as well, there was a hole in the wall that seemed to have been painted over. I didn't have much regard for the hotel, but my wife was severely disappointed and felt extremely uncomfortable to even stay the night.
