Pictures don’t do it justice!

The pictures don’t do this cottage justice. It was bright, clean and very comfortable. We loved the fact that the patio opened up onto a small green space that was perfect for having coffee in the morning. There are upstairs neighbors that share an entry space and they can be heard coming and going, but they were courteous and it wasn’t a problem. It was a short, easy walk to the public beach access and a short drive to great restaurants and the grocery store.

Enjoyed our short stay

Everything was clean. The owner was easy to get ahold of and we got to check in a little early since we arrived earlier than expected. Close to the beach, only a short walk to the public entrance, so that made it easier. I would suggest a wagon to load up and take everything you need for the beach. The only part we didn't like was the upstairs tenant's did not consider there were people below them. They were very loud and stomped when they walked. But a little noise is to be expected when you're on the bottom floor, but they made it a bit too excessive. That is our only complaint. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, had a pull out couch as well so all my kids got their own bed. We really enjoyed it for our short stay. Would definitely recommend staying and we'd love to come back!

We loved the stay at Nantucket 11B. My family and I stayed for spring break. The location was great, the beach was such a close walk away! The place is great for people who have children and the location is perfect!

Ended up not staying the next night of my 2 night stay there. I had 11b definitely not worth the money.

Quick getaway!

We love Crystal beach! Nantucket cottages are reasonably priced and just steps from the beach. It is small but beautifully decorated and the location is wonderful. Great place for a couple or a small family to enjoy the beach. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful . We will definitely stay there again.

Cozy + Close to the beach

This property is as listed, it is a great little cottage tucked away in a cozy little neighborhood. We loved how close it is to the parking lot--makes unloading and loading up all our stuff easy. We had 3 kids and there was plenty of sleeping space and we never felt on top of one another. We really appreciated the close proximity to the beach, we always chose the public beach entrances to the west, there are 2. In the mornings we would take the sidewalks to the 2nd entrance so we could avoid walking in the sand for too long and in the evening we would choose the 1st public access. The 2nd access has a rinse off so it was always nice to use during the day. My husband enjoyed it so much he kept talking about coming back to the exact spot next year, however, the only downside is I would prefer a private pool. With up to 22 families in the cottages the pool could get pretty hoppin at night and sometimes they would be playing music that we don't care for. So a few of the nights we had to tell our kids no to going to the pool after the beach--but I wouldn't rate that as a hindrance to our stay--just a warning if you're looking for a more private pool feel, this is not it. :) My welcome email went to junk so when we arrived i was still waiting on VRBO to update check in access--so check your junk box after booking + paying!! lol She responded quickly and check in/out is a breeze the contactless way!

Just as described

This residence was even better in person. Conveniently located directly across from the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The patio was nice. If I would have any less than positive remarks, it would be that the shower was a bit small and the beach chair was broken. We did not want to hassle with taking the beach chairs to the beach anyway so we rented chairs and an umbrella from a vendor at the beach. This was the perfect rental space. I would most certainly rent this Vrbo again!

Awesome Summer vacation!!

This property was great! It was super clean, super comfy bedding, and just a short, easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The patio/yard outside was where we spent most of our time when we were actually home. Overall it was a great property and the rental process was super easy. Loved that we just got a code to our door and got to go in. No going to an office and signing a bunch of papers. Super easy!

The unit was very clean. It was in a good location only about a 5 mins walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in the area. It was close to many excursions or must see destinations in Destin. The only thing is I prefer a firmer mattress in the bedroom. The mattress on the sofa bed needs to be changed as well or add extra foam mattress to make it more comfortable. Also, it would be nice to get directions to the pool and laundry room. I would recommend this place for vacation.

Amazing!!!!

It was a very pleasant experience. It was clean and spacious. If we needed anything they were very pleasant and answered immediately no call backs or answering service. Direct access to the beach. . I will definitely stay at the Nantucket cottages agian in the future.

The house was very nice other than beach chairs was full of empty beer cans so we opted not to use those. Keep in mind if you rent this property you are sharing there is an upstairs party as well. So please don’t block doorway for extended period of time and if you have small children the people downstairs can hear them running and screaming till 3 am!!

Cute little cottage

We arrived on a Wednesday around 11am and the cottage was being cleaned. The owner was able to get us in early at 2pm instead of 4pm which was wonderful after our drive! The cottage had everything we needed and more; pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, dishwashing liquid, extra blankets and pillows in the closet, shampoo, conditioner and soap dispenser in the shower, dining area and patio with chairs. It was perfect for our little family. Everyone had a place to sleep and my kids loves the bunkbeds and the ice cream truck that came by! On our last day, the power went out but it stayed cool in the cottage and they fixed it within a few hours. It is a very short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops!

great location short walk to beach, condo very nice, only had 5 bath towels for six people but laundry room was on property. hadn't used vrbo before was surprised the vrbo fees and cleaning fees added up to more than the owners cut
