The house was well kept and spacious enough for our family of 16...had 2 issues that were dealt with in a timely manner(smoke alarm croaking out, broken keurig that was replaced brand new) communication with the travel life team was superb. However we were told there was no baby or beach gear which wasnt the case. Had a pack n play, highchair, 2 10x10 tents and probably 12 beach chairs. Not sure if a previous guest left it but just a heads up!!!

Fantastic property! We had 25 people and plenty of space for everyone. The pool is amazing and having a separate carriage house allowed for everyone to spread out. Beach is close enough to walk, and the golf cart is handy when you have a lot of stuff to bring. Communication was spot on. Would stay again!

October Birthday Celebrations!

We booked this stay to celebrate a 30th birthday for our daughter as well as my wife’s 50th birthday. We had 20 of our close friends and family members and it was awesome! The house exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely book here again! 10/10

Best vacation house yet!

Our family tries to do a vacation every 2 years. This was the best house we have stayed in yet! So well thought out in design, clean, and short walk to beach. If we wanted to be social the main dining- living room was plenty large enough and if you wanted to be alone each bedroom had a TV and there were other sitting areas too!

Five Star Vacation

We absolutely loved this house!! It was so perfect for each bedroom to have its own en suite bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for feeding a large group and the tables were big enough that we could all sit together to eat. The location was just a short walk from the beach and we all enjoyed having the pool to swim in! I would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Destin!

When can we go back?

Absolutely perfect in every aspect! This was our sixth year in a row, staying in similar houses all within a few miles of each other. It is the ideal house layout, unbelievable location, comfortable beds and was extremely clean. We are counting down the days until we can stay here again next year. We loved it. This deserves more than five stars. If I am going to be overly critical with small detials, I would only make a few changes: the house needs more than two trash cans outside. We cleaned thoroughly before we left, but had way more trash than it could hold; the televisions do not have a cable service to watch; the water pressure in the showers could be better; kitchen needs more pots/pans. If that is the worst I can provide for feedback, that's pretty darn good! THANK YOU!!

We loved the house and the location, I was a little sad at the condition of the hot tub. It had cracks and broken pieces all over it. I also didn’t like the amount of people that kept coming to the house. They sent people to work on stuff we weren’t even having issues with multiple days in a row. Other than those things our stay was amazing !

Great comfortable home!

We had an amazing time in this big home! We had a family reunion and there was 36 of us in the home but it didn’t feel crowded at all! Each room has a bathroom attached plus there’s a powder room near the kitchen/dining area. That made it so comfortable than even with that many people, you could have the privacy of your own room and bathroom. Pool and hot tub were great! Also hammocks and lounge chairs in the backyard was a great addition! The beach was very close and so beautiful! Great home in a great location!

Excellent home for large group!

We were a spring break group, all of us ranged from 21-22 years old. The booking took some extra time with the approval for College Students, but overall was easy and enjoyable. The home is exactly as advertised, extremely clean and perfect for groups. Upon arrival, the hot tub and pool heating elements were not working, but the property manager came that night and fixed them ASAP. The house does not provide any consumables except for dishwasher pods, and each bathroom has a small soap/toiletries kit. The walk to the beach was very easy, maybe 7 minutes max. We had a great time and would book at this property and with Travel Life Vacations again.

Family Thanksgiving 2023

Great house! Clean, updated, close to shopping ,and the beach. My family had a great time. It was 3 generations on this trip and we all had something to do. The pool and arcade was a hit for the kids. You need to get the pool heated during the cooler months. The beach access is about three blocks, and the six passenger golf cart was a great addition. Denise (Travel Life Vacations) was absolutely amazing. She answered every question that I had. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The carriage house with two of the king bedrooms was a plus for the brand new mother of twins in our group. We will definitely book this home again.

Family Reunion Perfection

Our stay was lovely. The home was everything we needed for our family reunion-clean, beautiful & well equipped. The backyard was perfect for our group & where we spent most of our time together. We have stayed in many homes in Destin & this was our favorite so far. The management company was incredibly responsive when the refrigerator & ice machine were not working. They delivered a new fridge lickety split & were attentive the entirety of our stay! The only suggestion I can make is to add beach chairs & an umbrella to the home for guest use. It’s the only home we’ve ever stayed in that didn’t have them to use. You can rent them at the beach, but it would be a nice addition. Stay here! You will not regret it!
