The owner of our unit has not completed adequate repairs
the blinds were broken (zip tied together) and had missing slats so they wouldn’t completely close, the vents in the bathrooms were LOUD, the dishwasher was broken, 3 of the 5 lightbulbs in master bath were burnt out, light above the stove was not working, and there were no directions about where to find our beach access.

My wife, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, and I traveled to Destin to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, and it was everything that we wanted. We had a great time. The only thing that I would add is that the sliding door to the balcony was hard to open and close, the bathroom fan in the bedroom with the king-size bed was loud, and the toilet paper roll Sprouls were missing in both bathrooms.

Very nice place clean . Needed kitchen towels and washes. Need an umbrella to borrow from the closet. I was disappointed I had to pay to wash clothes and I had to go through an app and it took 25 dollars off the top. I am working to get the rest back. We had loads of trouble with the living room tv getting it on cable channels and off Rocky- need written instructions. The skillet was scratched and leaching metal into my foods. Also need a plastic spatula for the new skillet. You only had metal spatula.

More information needed

The place was all right. It wasn’t bad. It wasn’t fantastic. Would I stay here again, yes. Would I recommend it to someone else, probably not. The biggest disappointment was after we arrived with our kids and their bikes, and our kayaks, only to find out that Only owners are allowed such amenities. renters are not supposed to come with bikes, kayaks, surfboards, Golf cart, Etc. Unfortunately, nothing in the listing even remotely close to saying that. Fortunately for us the security guard was very friendly and understanding and told us just to not get in other peoples way, and we could have our stuff. I feel like that a heads up would’ve been nice to know.

The condo was nice but info to us was misleading about the coffee pot but they did try to make things correct. Floors were dirty in spots. They offered to come make it right but I had already mopped it up. Beds were comfy but pillows in guest room were small and not comfy. Needs to be better instructions on the door locking and unlocking. No washer and dryer In condo but you can pay $3.75 to wash and $3.75 to dryer

Very Nice Location

This condo was clean and well - appointed. The view was beautiful. What struck me most though was how welcoming the homeowers were - we were welcomed by everyone we came across. Also - because of inclement weather and potential flight issues we were afforded a late check out. Very plesant stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Family beach week

Absolutely perfect inside and out 5 star and would stay 100000 more time in the exact spot. Only 2 things that could improve it is new light bulbs lol apartment is too dark and has 1 bulb in each fan, making it harder to see in room and second which isnt any fault of apartment or owner but it sucks you cant hang towels over balcony lol once again 2 VERY MINOR things! Would still give 5 star!

The area was very nice. The condo was very clean. It was a bit of a walk to beach, a little bit longer than I expected. The rental of golf carts would have been very nice. There was an area outside set up with grills by the docks that was very nice. The clubhouse was amazing and again another area well made with high top tables, benches, and grills by the bay. We loved the property, just that walk to the beach. Everything was very well taken care of and nice

Great Location

Would not rent this unit again. It was a great location, nice view, and quiet however master bed king mattress and box spring were on the floor with no frame upon our arrival. Kitchen is sparsely equipped, blinds broken, lamp broken and TV in main room did not work. Instructions might be a good, easy addition. We loved the location and will rent another unit next year.

Great weekend getaway!

This was a cute property located in the best area! It was close to everything and the private beach access was perfect. The floors need to be cleaned a little bit more thoroughly but overall, the property and location were perfect for a weekend getaway. Would definitely return!

Beautiful Property

This was the first time our family stayed at a property. We usually stay in hotels. I didn't know what to expect. The property was as advertised. The Management company frequently text to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I have no complaints, and should we visit Destin, FL again, I will definitely request this unit.

Our condo was beautiful but really needed the floors cleaned. The pool was beautiful. Private beach access was a bit of a walk. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bath really was great for our group.

Great Location

This condo was very and clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen and also had "beachy" feeling. Plenty of room to sleep our family of 5 and we appreciated all the towels for bathing. It was a nice surprise to find 2 beach chairs in the master bedroom closet and also beach toys / rafts / noodles in the little hideaway on the balcony. The beach is a short 8-10 minute walk on sidewalks where you'll cross the street to enter the private, gated beach. The pool was very clean and there was enough chairs / umbrellas for everyone that was utilizing them while we were there. We enjoyed walking down the streets in the neighborhood to see the million dollar homes and yachts on the canal. Great location, only 5 minutes to several restaurants. I would come back and stay in this room again.
