Not good! First impression was good. Staff at the guard shack coming in and out were very nice and helpful. Property on the outside was nicely maintained. Walking into our condo the smell of urine and mustiness hit us in the face. The bedding was dirty and I had to vacuum sand off of it. I removed the dirty bedding and the mattress cover has what looked and smelled like urine stains all over it. We contacted the company and was told to wash the bedding which we would have to pay for and take time from our vacation doing. We went out and bought bedding. I dropped my phone between the bed and the wall. When getting my phone there was a disgusting mess down there. I’m not sure if it was a used condom or what it was. And it was filthy. The floors made the bottoms of our feet black and sticky. We used a wet towel to try and clean a walking path and the white towel was completely black from the dirty floor. The TV didn’t work the whole time we were there. We contacted the company and two days later they sent someone with an HDMI cord that didn’t work because there was no box to hook it to. We had to hang the dirty blanket over the windows because you could see through them from the outside because the blinds were so thin. The windows and sliding glass door had big cracks in them. Some of the lights did not work. There is no staff onsite for the place we had rented. The trip would have been flawless but the costumer service and dirty room that we had ruined it.
