The house was perfect! Everything was very clean. We felt safe in the gated community. The beach access was a short walk away from the house. the heated pool was one of my favorite amenities! The communication from the owners was awesome! They responded super quick & were extremely helpful! 10/10 recommend!

There were some issues with the property such as the air conditioning not working and the locks on the property being difficult to open but the hosts replied quickly to all concerns and resolved them. The home was beautiful and we loved the location.

Perfect for a family vacation

This house was great and sleep so many very comfortably! It is close enough to all main attractions but off the main drag. Only a quick drive to harborwalk. So much to see and do in Destin this is an amazing home for large groups. Love that the kitchen came with plenty of dishes and the gas grill was a plus for our group also!

Fantastic location. I love that ypu have access to the gulf shore and the pass bay area. The new infinity pool was gorgeous. The place is in need of a little TLC, but the hosts helped in every way they could and were very responsive. They Amazoned pool cues becauae the ones on site were broke. Oh, and the AC is stellar. Ive stayed in a lot of rentals where the AC was subpar. The community is very nice and safe and all the amenties are a short walk. I would definitely come back here again.

Relaxing Beach trip

adorable spacious home located in a beautiful gated community with private beach access. The home came equipped with everything we needed. The large front balcony with swings was the best! Host was very communicative and accommodating our early check in request. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon.

Great spot

Great location and home. The individual lower and upper level entrances worked well with my family. The pool heater worked great and we enjoyed the pool every day even though some days were a bit chilly.The on-site pools and tennis court were great as well, though the tennis court could use some updating.Thanks again!

Beautiful retreat

This home was absolutely perfect for our large extended family. We had 6 adults and 5 children ranging from 10-14 for a 4th of July vacation. Great Destin Vacation Spot

This is our third stay in Destin Pointe and you can't beat the location. This home was absolutely beautiful! We loved the space, the beautiful front porch swing was so comfortable and peaceful and we enjoyed many meals in the large kitchen. It's a bit more of a hike to the beach than expected (approx .4mi) but it gave us an excuse to eat extra goodies at the end of the day. The included beach chairs were a plus, the warm pool in the back was great for the kiddos at during the heat of the day, and we had a pretty killer ping pong tournament going all week. Jordan was amazing and super friendly! We would love to come back.

Great stay. The kitchen sink water stopped working a couple of times, but that to us is petty. We were all very satisfied, and will be looking to re use this property for any occasion near the pan handle of Florida. AGAIN. Thanks.

Disappointed

There had been storms so property had debris everywhere, found a dead rat by the pool, dead frogs, pool pump out for three days. Owner responded to my texts but only the beach met our expectations. Kitchen had few necessary utensils which made cooking for family difficult. Linens thin and scarce—towels especially.It was a nice home but so much less of a property than we had last year in Hilton Head. Also, we had no privileges with gym etc. which was disappointing to my football playing grandsons whom we had to buy a week gym membership to satisfy their physical regimen. Overall, this was an expensive lesson learned about online and reality.

Best Family Trip to Date!

I can not say enough about how much my family and I were blessed during our stay. I know that there's a business side to reserving vacation spaces, but our host, Jordan, was so sweet, personal, and attentive to our needs. Wonderful place for family enjoyment

Hosts were very responsive and rooms were comfy. Pool with heater option was a huge plus as we used it daily. It was more spacious than expected and we enjoyed the family room activities downstairs. We wished there were tennis rackets or pickle ball equipment there since it was next to the court. Also, wished there were bikes available to use since we noticed a few other rental units had them and was very envious since the bike rental company that was onsite had issues with assigning us bikes when we tried to rent them remotely. Some things didn’t work when we tried to turn it on at the unit but overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would book again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The decorations and kitchen were beautiful.

We didn’t realize that you had to go outside to get from the first floor to the second floor. The downstairs bedrooms had no closets or dressers and were much smaller than they looked in the pictures. We only had 3 parking spaces available because the garage we full of furniture that was not being used. The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to use for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. The shuttle and pool worked very well. The owners and maintenance staff were very accommodating and quick to solve any problems. We would have liked to have water views and more room but all in all we had a good time.

Spring break getaway

We had two families stay at the property for five nights. The property is exactly as the pictures show, and is well-appointed. There is no interior staircase which was fine for us as travelled with older children, but could be an issue for those with littles. The neighborhood the house is located in is absolutely fantastic. There is walkable beach access, two pools, tennis courts and a basketball hoop. Between that and the game room in the house, everyone was well-occupied. We also appreciated the security at the entrance of the neighborhood; it was an unexpected bonus. We had an issue with the pool heater mid-stay which Jordan promptly addressed; it was back in use the morning after. Jordan and Wes also checked in multiple times during our trip to make sure everything was good, which was appreciated. Great house in a great location!

Perfect Location & Exceptional Service

As someone who is familiar with Destin and surrounding areas, I don’t believe I’ve ever stayed at a more perfect location. The house had great coastal charm and was more than accommodating for a group of 8. It even came stocked with beach towels. Communication with the owner was seamless, and the check-out process was simple and straightforward. We are already talking about booking again!

After the Holidays Retreat!

This property met all of our needs for a much needed rest after the holidays. Holiday Isle is a nice private area. Upon a return trip, we will take advantage of the amenities during the warmer months. The beds are comfortable and the private bathrooms for each of rooms were a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped. The downstairs area which is accessed from outside added that little extra privacy for other couples. Jordan was very attentive to all of our needs and questions. The bed swing on the front porch is amazing!!!

Excellence across the board. House/amenities/location all top notch. The level of privacy within the neighborhood cannot be explained. Multiple private beach locations with full service shuttle - our experience for all shuttle rides were very easy and very quick. The community as a whole was extremely clean and well kept - daily trash service which was nice with a larger group. Hosts were professional, friendly and easily contacted when needed. Highly recommended and we will be back.
