Only complaint would be that our ice machine was not in working condition at check in. This was relayed to front desk twice, but never got fixed during our stay.

It is totally updated and has all the amenities needed. It is walking distance to the beachside Back Porch restaurant and a wonderful candy/coffee/ souvenir shop. Multiple restaurants, a variety of shopping options, golfing and family entertainment venues are minutes away. We plan to come back to 306 next year.
