Nicht das grosse Los...

"Das grösste Problem war, das von den Aufzügen nur ein Lift wirklich funktionierte. Bei Erstnutzung haben wir den falschen Lift erwischt. Er blieb zunächst mit einem mächtigen Ruck stecken, bewegte sich nach mehreren Versuchen dann nach oben, wieder nach unten und öffnette erst die Tür im richtigen Stock, nachdem der Mitarbeiter, der unser Gepäck ins Zimmer brachte und es merkte, von ausen reagierte. Dem Hotel scheint das egal zu sein. Das Frühstücksbueffet war reichhaltig, aber von keiner hohen Qualität. Die Teller waren sauber, aber nass, was nicht so toll ist, da es nicht wirklich was gab, mit dem man sie trocknen konnte. Daffür haufenweise Personal, die fleissig bei der Sache waren... Ansonsten war das Hotel ok. "
