"Wir haben bei einem Stopover eine (kurze) Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Der Shuttle-Service kurz vor Mitternacht und auch morgens um halb 7 hat wunderbar funktioniert. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man am Flughafen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber, die Betten bequem. Es gab sowohl im Zimmer als auch auf den Fluren Möglichkeiten, warme Getränke zuzubereiten. Das Personal war beim Check-In und -Out freundlich."

"We already know Moxy from other countries, so we specifically chose the hotel in Barcelona because of our previous experiences with the brand. Hotel prices in Barcelona are extremely high, so it was especially painful for us to have paid for a night that we couldn’t use due to our flight being cancelled. We really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. We had contacted the hotel in advance to explain our situation. Although we initially saw a no-show fee pending, it was ultimately not charged because we had contacted the hotel beforehand and communicated everything with the staff. We were also given a breakfast box to take away, which was perfect for us as we had a very early flight the next morning. The welcome drink was another lovely touch and definitely put us in a good mood. 😊 Overall, we really can’t complain. A big thank you to the friendly and understanding staff!"
