"Das Hotel liegt weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer sind vom Komfort her mittelmäßig. Die Mitarbeiter, die uns beim Betreten des Hotels begrüßten, waren aufmerksam. Allerdings haben wir den jungen männlichen Rezeptionisten, der abends Dienst hatte, nur draußen beim Rauchen gesehen – sowohl beim Verlassen des Hotels als auch bei der Rückkehr. Als wir bei der Rezeption wegen eines Bügeleisens anriefen, sagte man uns, dass es geschickt werde. Doch trotz langer Wartezeit kam kein Bügeleisen. Auch ein Anruf, um uns mitzuteilen, dass kein Bügeleisen verfügbar sei, erfolgte nicht."
