"Personal war sehr nett, Zimmer sind ausreichend, wenn man den ganzen Tag eh unterwegs ist. Einen Minuspunkt für die Sauberkeit, ständig waren fremde Haare im Bad und an den Handtüchern. "

"Angenehm klassisch-altmodisches Hotel, überaus freundliches und jederzeit hilfsbereites Personal. Wir bekamen völlig unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer, nachdem das erste Zimmer durch die Verbindungstür zum nächsten nicht ganz so leise war. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert, haben aber teilweise schon wieder Abnutzungserscheinungen, und die Sauberkeit im Bad hätte noch besser sein können. Die Betten sind superbequem. Insgesamt aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, das auch wunderbar zentral in Vancouver gelegen ist, um alles zu erreichen."
