"Grundsätzlich war das Hotel sauber und ordentlich.
Ich hatte das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht, da ich evtl. vor Ort die Option hinzubuchen könnte. Auf Expedia hätte mich das Frühstück 9,00 € zusätzlich gekostet und nach den Angaben sollte das Frühstück vor Ort 150 TL kosten. Vor Ort im Hotel hieß es, das Frühstück würde 750 TL pro Tag kosten. Ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter von Expedia hat vergeblich versucht mir zu helfen, da die Mitarbeiter des Hotels über die mir angegebene Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar waren.
Im Spa Bereich hieß es erst am zweiten Tag, ich müsse im Pool eine Badekappe tragen, andernfalls wäre die Nutzung nicht möglich. Daher war ich gezwungen eine Badekappe für 100 TL käuflich zu erwerben."
