"Hotel und Umgebung 4-5 Sterne. Service leider - (minus) 5 Sterne. Warum? Es wird weder Englisch noch Deutsch gesprochen. An der Rezeption wird mit einem Übersetzungstool kommuniziert. 45 Minuten auf ein Essen zu warten ist zu lange. Antwort des Personals war, dass jetzt erst eine Gruppe bedient werden muss. Die Gruppe kam aber erst ca. 30 Minuten nach uns. Das Personal ist absolut unfreundlich, da bin ich in meinen mindestens 70 verschiedenen Hotelaufenthalten in Thailand viel Besseres gewohnt. Unser Zimmer, wurde, obwohl wir 8 Stunden unterwegs waren, nicht sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück war absolut schlecht. Alles in allem werden wir dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr besuchen."
