"Super Sauberkeit, Personal teilweise sehr gereizt, weil einfach zu wenig Personal im Speiseraum ist oder unorganisiert ist.
Sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal
Beim Buchen war Spa abgebildet per Foto, dieses ist aber seit Corona nicht geöffnet. Ich hätte die genauen Bedingungen lesen müssen und mich nicht von Bildern täuschen lassen, war die Antwort...nicht zufreidenstellend.
Leider sind wir an einem Tag mit dem Fahrstuhl zwischen dem 4. Und 5. Stock stecken geblieben. Der Notdienst kam und nach ca 20 Minuten waren wir wieder frei. Blöd nur, dass man eine Notfallnummer anrufen soll, im Fahrstuhl aber kein Handyempfang ist.
Kann ja mal passieren.....sind seit dem nur Treppe gegangen.
Salat und Nudeln sind im Restaurant zu empfehlen, Pizza eher mau.
Zimmer war groß genug und sehr sauber.
