"schlecht geschultes Personal!
Trotz gebuchter Halbpension wollte man uns nicht ins Restaurant zum Dinner lassen, erst nach langer Diskussion. Im Zimmer hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und Aschenbecher waren vorhanden obwohl wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht und bestätigt hatten. Beim Buffet wurde nicht nachgefüllt!"
