"Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Bei der Frage, ob diese deutsch oder englisch sprechen wurde mir das Telefon aufgehängt.
Dann hat der 24h-Automat den Schlüssel nicht rausgegeben und die Telefonnummer funktionierte auch nicht und trotzdem möchte das Hotel uns die Übernachtung nicht zurückbezahlen. Obwohl wir alles beweisen können anhand von Fotos."
