Unfortunately, we did not find the service and quality of the hotel to be that good. We were bitterly disappointed! The service is extremely below average for a 5-star hotel. The management is clearly overwhelmed by the quality mentioned. Gold decorations are no help if basic points are not right. There is simply a lack of professionalism. "
