"Die Rezeption war mit sehr freundlichen und mehrsprachigen Personal besetzt. So gab es keinerlei Schwierigkeiten bei der Verständigung. Auch unser kleines Missgeschick mit einem kaputten Stuhl war kein Problem. Obwohl ich das Verbindungszimmer online nicht buchen konnte und somit zwei einzelne Zimmer gebucht habe, bekamen wir vor Ort ohne Aufpreis zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal dafür.
Die Lage des Hotels war gut, die Anbindung zum Zentrum prima. Auf den ersten Blick war das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Was ich nicht so schön fand waren die großen gelben Flecken auf der Matratze.
Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da wir uns selbst versorgt haben.
Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen guten Aufenthalt."
