The location was great for the event we were attending. It was fun to be downtown and easy to walk places. We had a gal meet us to welcome us and show us how to access our place. That was awesome. She brought us extra towels and another roll of toilet paper. Our friend’s bathroom did not have soap in the shower and the tissue box was empty so that kind of sucked but we just purchased what we needed. The place is sparse in kitchen items but we never ate there as there were so many fun restaurants to try all around us. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. We wished there had been a few more blankets for cuddling to watch tv in the evenings as it’s pretty chilly there with the big windows. Having said that, we really loved the view at night. I still gave the place 5 stars and we would stay there again but recommend bringing your own bath products.

Very clean condo right in the heart of downtown. Easy access to public transportation, and a nice little green space just across the street. Good amenities and well stocked. Host was very responsive to all questions. Would suggest to friends and would stay here again!

Great spot for all things downtown Detroit. Check in was a bit tricky, but if you follow the directions, you'll get in. Clean unit. Would stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Detroit. The downtown location was perfect! We were able to walk to restaurants and to the ballpark from this location. The view was great! I was pleased at how great the communication was when I had any questions. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

The location is perfect for anything you want to do downtown Detroit. You can walk or use public transportation. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Great living room and kitchen. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location could not have been more perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it super easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and hassle-free stay!

Great place to stay for a weekend in (suprizingly beautiful) downtown Detroit for a Lions game!

The apartment was beautiful, he location was perfect (Just 10 minute walk from Ford Field/Comerica), and parking was easy. The only downside was where the keydrop was located, halfway down a fairly filthy alley in a clunky lock box. I most definately would not have wanted try finding it in the dark, so make sure to get there while the sun it still up the first time. It also wasn't real clear which key was the correct key. In closing, once we were checked in, everything was great, clean, and easy!

Great apartment, great location

This is a great apartment in a nice building in an excellent location. It had everything we needed for a family visit. Good beds, plenty of pillows and towels, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, nice view. The only thing keeping it from being five stars is the super complicated check in process. The owners should have to send their mothers to check into it and watch them as they fumble around in the dark alley looking for the lockbox, trying to find the mystery door from the parking deck, and learning that the parking "fob" that is left on the counter that you went all the way up to get is not the parking "card" that's hidden in another lockbox. We're big planners and frequent travelers and I read every word of the advance instructions twice and still got it all wrong. We were fine once we figured it all out but it made arriving in Detroit after a delayed flight very unpleasant. I also had some communication issues with the rental company after we rented the property but they eventually calmed my nerves and were very nice. All in all though, it was ultimately a nice visit.

Comerica park to see Detroit Tigers

Wonderful stay!! Check in was a little tricky but once we got that part figured out everything was amazing!! Top Notch place with an amazing view. Paid parking in the garage is a must. We walked to the ball park and everywhere else. Detroit was great and better than expected! Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Urban Retreat!

We loved this property! The unit itself was spacious and as pictured. The location and view were amazing. Being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the river was so fun. The rooftop terrace was also very cool! The beds were comfortable and we hope to stay again! Finding the unit was a little tricky. The key fob lock box is not on the same block as the unit itself which threw us off a bit. We chose to include parking with our stay which we think was a good choice and made being in the heart of downtown more streamlined. We're leaving a full 5 stars for every category, even with the tricky check-in, because everything about the property and location was truly top notch! Thank you!

Another Great Weekend With ENVITAE

My wife and I are season ticket holders for the Detroit Lions. We brought our 17 year old daughter to Detroit for her first NFL game and luckily there was an ENVITAE property available. In our opinion ENVITAE is the standard of what a property should be when you need a home away from home. Their properties are gorgeous, always spotless and in terrific locations. Their team is just incredible when it comes to the preparation of the property and communicating with their tenants. You always feel like they are right next door and ready to assist you. We legit search for ENVITAE properties for all of our trips to the US, if there’s a unit available we jump on it. Thank you for helping make our family trip so enjoyable, our daughter had an absolute blast and LOVED her King size bed and en suite bathroom! You all make our little Canadian family feel right at home even though we are miles and miles away. 5 stars, 10/10 once again - we look forward to lodging with you again and again.

Birthday getaway

My review includes positives and negatives - bottom line is a positive review. We were very comfortable in the apartment. The location was perfect, apartment was immaculate, the kitchen had everything we needed, the towels provided were nice and plentiful and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extras you don't always get - extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap and shampoo. We were surprised to find that the bedrooms have no windows. Rooms are VERY dark at night so bring a night light or flashlight. Could be dangerous if there is a fire. We were also surprised that bedrooms don't have TVs even tho they had outlets for TVs. The check in process was OK for us because it was daylight, not raining and we had multiple people. If you arrive alone or at night, it's not the best. You have to find parking, walk down an alley to find the key, then go into the bldg, find the apartment, pick up the parking pass, then go back to your car, and park in the deck. DEFINITELY pay extra for the parking space. Then it was a bit confusing because you park in assigned spot on level 7, have to walk down to find the bridge to the bldg and then take elevator to level 5. It's easy once you do it a time or two, but very confusing directions at first. The apartment door lock has tricky buttons. The technology is touchy and if you don't get it to work within 3 tries, you have to wait a few minutes for it to reset before attempting again. At least you're in a clean warm hallway!

Great location for attending a trade show at Cobo Hall, Dinner at London Chop House and an event at The Gem Theatre. All were in walking distance. THe place was very clean and quiet.
